1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

2. This I.A. has been filed for modification/correction of order dated 26.10.2022 in ABLAPL No.13578 of 2022.

3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that by virtue of the condition mentioned in Paragraph-4 of order dated 26.10.2022, the Petitioner has been appearing before the court in seisin over the matter in each date of the posting of the case record. It is also submitted that the investigation is yet to be completed, ChargeSheet has not yet been filed and he prays to waive out the said above mentioned condition.

4. In view of the above, the conditions imposed by this Court at paragraph 4 concerning appearance of the Petitioner in the court and the same be read as follows:

5. The I.A. is disposed of.
