1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.

2. Heard Mr. B.K.Parida(2), learned counsel for the Petitioners and Mr.S.K.Mishra, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

3. The Petitioners are in custody since 4th August, 2021 in connection with Buguda P.S. Case No.373 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.366/2021 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Buguda for the alleged commission of the offence under Sections 394/397 of I.P.C.

4. As per the F.I.R. allegation, four persons entered into the house of the informant and committed theft of gold ornaments, cash and two mobile phones. It is submitted that the Petitioner was not named in the F.I.R. and has been implicated in the case only on the basis of suspicion.

5. Learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State, on the other hand, has opposed the prayer for bail by submitting that investigation into the case is in progress.

6. Having regard to the submissions made, the materials on record and the period of detention already undergone, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail.

7. Let the Petitioners-Jaya @ Jaya Krushna Prahdan and Jitu Pradhan be released on bail on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the court in seisin over the matter in the aforesaid case.

8. The BLAPL is disposed of.

9. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
