This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 2.

The Original Application No. 936 of 2015 was filed before the State Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OA) No. 936 of 2015.

The Petitioner has come up before this Court indicating that even though he has submitted papers relating to commutation of pension on 7th February, 2012 i.e., within one year from the date his retirement, the delay has been caused in transmitting the same by the Opposite Party No.2 (Odisha State Beverage Corporation Ltd.).

Ms. R. Routray, counsel for the Petitioner stated that during the pendency of the Original Application and subsequently, the writ petition, as converted, the grievance of the Petitioner has been sorted out and there remains nothing to be pressed.
