The Writ Petition was disposed of on 26.07.2022 with a direction to the Tahasildar involved to recall the application in disposal of the Mutation Case No.12205 of 2022. Mr.Ghose, learned counsel for the Contemnor filed instruction memo enclosing therein the final order of disposal thereof taking place in the meantime. It shows there is finality of such proceeding nothing remains to be considered in Contempt proceeding. Petitioners, if so aggrieved by any order passed in the meanwhile may approach under appropriate proceeding. 2.

In the circumstance, this Court finds, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the Contempt Petition which is dropped accordingly. (Biswanath Rath) Judge Swarna
