Heard submission of Mr. Routray, learned counsel for the Petitioner.

Considering the difficulty in removing the defect in R.S.A. No.163 of 2016 by the conducting counsel Mr. Atithi Parida for his death on 22.04.2018, this Court while allowing the CMAPL directs for restoration of the R.S.A. No.163 of 2016. The R.S.A. No. 163 of 2016 be listed before the Assigned Bench. 3.

Thus, the CMAPL is disposed of.
