This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The I.A. has been filed by the petitioner seeking modification of paragraphs-7 and 8 of the order dated 01.08.2022. 4.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the ABLAPL No.13585 of 2022 was disposed of by order dated 21.10.2022 granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner. It is further submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that while granting bail to the petitioner, the conditions imposed by this Court to refund a sum of Rs.50,000/-(rupees fifty thousand) and moreover, he further submits that the petitioner is entitled to money back from the informant. Hence, modification has been prayed for. 5.
In such view of the matter, the condition in paragraph-7 with regard to refund of money an amount of Rs.50,000/-(rupees fifty thousand) is reduced to Rs.30,000/-(rupees thirty thousand) shall be deposited before the learned court below, which shall be kept till
// 2 // final outcome of the trial and further directed with regard to refund of balance amount be waived, rest part of the order shall remain intact.

Four weeks' further time from today is extended for the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below, vide order dated 21.10.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.13585 of 2022, but subject to depositing cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred) in the Advocates' Welfare Fund of Orissa High Court Bar Association within fifteen days and furnishing money receipt thereof in proof of deposit. 8.
It is made clear that, if the cost is not deposited within the stipulated time, time extended for the petitioner to surrender shall stand revoked automatically.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
