This is an application for modification of the order dated 11.05.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) (OA) No.944 of 2015.

Considering the grounds taken, the prayer for modification is allowed.

In the order dated 11.05.2022, the name of the Petitioner be corrected and be treated as "Satrughna Mandoi" instead of "Dr. Satrughna Mandoi".

Accordingly, the I.A is disposed of.
