Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "direct the opp. parties to absorb the petitioner in regular establishment on the basis of 27 years of continuous service and regularization of similarly situated persons and juniors vide Annexure-4 series as per the instruction dated 12.09.2013of the Govt. in Revenue and Disaster Management, the job contract employees should have been absorbed in regular establishment in view of the direction given by this Hon'ble Court in terms of the scheme dated 16.7.1996 as well as the instruction of the Revenue Deptt.

He further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation Annexure-10 to the Writ Petition, but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to opposite party No.2 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.3 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law and taking into account Annexures-3 & 4 within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.
