This is an application for modification of the order dated 04.07.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) (OA) No.956 of 2015.

Considering the grounds taken, the prayer for modification is allowed.

In the 5th line of Paragraph-3 of the order dated 04.07.2022, the "office order dated 11.01.2011" be treated as "Office order dated 26.10.2009".

Accordingly, the I.A is disposed of.
