This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the Tahasildar, Satyabadi-Opposite Party No.1 to review the order dated 18th February, 2020 passed by him in Mutation Case No. 1292 of 2020.

In course of hearing, Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to work out the remedy available under law.
