1. 1. This matter is taken up by hybrid mode.

2. None appears for the petitioner when the matter is called.

3. The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 20.8.2021 after the Original Application was transferred upon abolition of the learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar.

4. The Original Application was filed by the petitioner in the year 2015 alleging that pursuant to his selection by O.P. No.3-OPSC for the post of lecturer in English of O.T.E.T.&T.S.

cadre (Group-B) under Employment & Technical Education and Training Department, he has not been issued the order of appointment by the authority.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no up-to-date instruction to pursue the matter on behalf of the petitioner at present.

6. Learned AGA referring to the instructions sent to the office of the Government Advocate, OAT from the Director, Technical Education & Training (O.P. No.2) by letter No.1584 dated 6.2.2016 submits that the petitioner got appointment on 5.10.2015. Copy of the said communication is filed before this Court along with a Memo and the same is

taken on record. Copy of the letter dated 6.2.2016 shall also be served on the learned counsel for the petitioner during the course of the day.
