This matter is taken up by virtual/physical mode. 2.

Aggrieved by the rejection of the restructuring proposal for consideration of one time settlement for liquidating the account, the Petitioner has prayed to quash the proceedings initiated under the SARFAESI Act, 2002.

This Court vide order dated 28th October, 2021 issued notice to the Bank-Opposite Parties and on 11th March, 2022, it was submitted before this Court by the counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner was in process of negotiation for an amicable settlement. 4.

When the matter is taken up today, by way of a Memo, the Advocate for the Petitioner sought for permission to withdraw the writ petition as the matter is stated to have been settled between the Petitioner and the Bank.
