This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Perused Letter dated 19.01.2023 of the ADJ-cum-Spl.Judge under POCSO Act, Balangir.

Considering the grounds reflected in the said letter, this Court is inclined to extend the time by a further period of three months from today. Further, it is directed that the learned trial Court shall make every endeavour to conclude the trial within the aforesaid time. 4.

This order be communicated by the Registry to the concerned court.
