This is an application for extension of time to surrender vis-avis order dated 8th December, 2022 passed in CRLMC No. 3057 of 2022.

By the above order dated 8th December, 2022, this Court had directed the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below in Special G.R. Case No. 42 of 2021 but he could not do so. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the time may be extended in order to enable the petitioner to surrender in compliance of the Court's direction dated 8th December, 2022. 3.

For the reason stated therein, I.A. stands allowed. 4.

Consequently, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Bhanjanagar, Ganjam on or before 10th February, 2022 in connection with Special G.R. Case No. 42 of 2021 and in the event

he surrenders, the court shall release him on bail with conditions as has already been ordered by this Court while disposing of CRLMC No. 3057 of 2022. Rest part of the order stands unaltered. 5.

I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
