None appears for the petitioner at the time of call, so also no one had appeared for the petitioner on last occasion on 14.10.2022. The bail application is pending since 28.10.2021 seeking grant of bail to the petitioner for commission offence U/S. 20(b)(ii)(C) of NDPS Act on the allegation involving commercial quantity of contraband Ganja. 3.

In view of the aforesaid and especially when none appears for the petitioner to move the bail application today and on the last date, the BLAPL stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
