In this application, the petitioner-wife has prayed for transfer of MAT Case No.339 of 2019 filed under Section 13(1)(i-a) of the Hindu Marriage Act by the opposite partyhusband from the Court of the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Talcher to the court of learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Bhanjanagar, Ganjam.

Mr. K.P. Dash, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to proceed this TRP(C) as the matter has been compromised between the parties and he files a memo to that effect. The same be kept on record. 4.

Considering the above submission, the TRP(C) is dismissed as withdrawn.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
