This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 2.

The Original Application No.1454 of 2015 was filed before the Odisha State Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OA) No.1454 of 2015. 3.

Mr. Khuntia, learned Additional Government Advocate submitted that the Petitioner has questioned the selection process with regard to Anganwadi Workers, which is not a civil post and as such the Original Application itself before the Odisha Administrative Tribunal was not maintainable. 4.

Since none appears for the Petitioner, the matter being of 2015, it seems that the Petitioner is not interested to pursue the matter any further.
