Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

The Petitioner is an accused in connection with Machhkund P.S. Case No. 64 of 2020 corresponding to T.R. Case No. 39 of 2020 pending on the file of learned Addl. Sessions Judgecum-Special Judge, Koraput for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 20(b)(ii)(c) & 25/29 of the NDPS Act. 4.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s 439 Cr. P.C. by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Koraput by order dated 5.08.2020, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Perused the report submitted by the Superintendent of Police, Koraput.

The said report indicates that the petitioner has not surrendered after expiry of the Interim Bail period.

Taking note of such conduct of the petitioner, the bail application stands dismissed.

The BLAPL accordingly stands disposed of.
