This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This is an application for modification of order dated 21.10.2022.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The present Interlocutory Application has been filed seeking correction of order dated 21.10.2022 to the extent that the name of the Court has been mentioned wrongly. The same should have been J.M.F.C., Soro instead of S.D.J.M., Nilagiri as has been stated in the bail application.

Accordingly the order dated 21.10.2022 stands modified to the extent that in paragraph-4 of the order dated 21.10.2022 the name of

// 2 // the Court be indicated as "J.M.F.C., Soro" in place of "S.D.J.M., Nilagiri".

Learned counsel for the Petitioner is permitted to correct the name of the village in the body of the application. 7.

In view of the aforesaid modification, four weeks' further time from today is granted to the Petitioner to surrender as per order dated 16.09.2022, but subject to depositing cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred) by the Petitioner in the Advocates' Welfare Fund of the Orissa High Court within 15 days from today and furnishing money receipt thereof in proof of the said deposit. 8.

It is made clear that, if cost is not paid within the aforesaid stipulated time, then the extension period to surrender shall stand automatically revoked.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy of this order as per Rules. ( A.K. Mohapatra) Judge RKS
