The Original Application No.1410 of 2015 was filed before the State Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, Bhubaneswar. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OA) No.1410 of 2015. 3.

The Petitioner raised complaint that the Opposite Parties have not considered his case for appointment under the Rehabilitation Assistant Scheme in terms of Odisha Civil Service (Rehabilitation Assistance) Rules, 1990 against the vacant post(s) available under the Opposite Party No.3.
