1. 1. This matter is taken up by hybrid mode.

2. The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 21.8.2021 after the Original Application was transferred upon abolition of the learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar.

3. On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal it is indicated that notices were issued on 3.7.2015 and the matter was never taken up/pursued after 9.2.2017.

4. The Original Application before the learned Tribunal was filed in the year 2015 by the petitioner then working as T.G.T.(Asst. Teacher), Dist. Institute of Education & Training (DIET), Bargarh challenging the order of reversion dated 25.6.2015 (Annexure-12) issued by the Director, TE & SCERT (O.P. No.2).

5. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that she has no up-to-date instruction to pursue the matter at present on behalf of the petitioner.

6. Learned Standing Counsel referring to the counter filed before the learned Tribunal dated 18.08.2015 submits that the selection process for the post of teacher taking pursuant

to the advertisement dated 22.01.2015, has been completed and therefore, the prayer of the petitioner to consider him in the said selection process, no more survives. 7.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of for lack of up-to-date instruction from the petitioner to pursue the matter at present granting liberty to revive the same within sixty days for any surviving cause of action.
