Having regard to the severity of the allegations and the availability of the materials prima facie to show the complicity of the Petitioner in the occurrence, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is, therefore, rejected. It is open to the Petitioner to renew his prayer after examination of some material witnesses in this case.
