Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State-Opposite Parties.

This writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner seeking a direction to the Opposite Party No.4 to take a necessary decision on Annexure-3, i.e., letter dated 8.7.2022 issued by the Opposite Party No.6-Executive Officer, Karanjia N.A.C. to the Opposite Party No.4-Joint Commissioner, Cuttack Municipal Corporation, Cuttack.

Considering the limited grievance of the Petitioner in this writ petition, this Court disposes of the writ petition with a direction to the Opposite Party No.4-Joint Commissioner, Cuttack Municipal Corporation, Cuttack to take a decision on letter dated 8.7.2022 under Annexure-3, if the
