This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks for a direction to the Sub-Registrar, Khandagiri-Opposite Party No.4 to register the sale deed in respect of Plot No.582/1798/2645, Sarada-III to an extent of Ac.0.100 decimals under Khata No. 602 situated in Mouza Pathargadia in the district of Khorda.

On perusal of the case record, it appears that the aforesaid plot has been recorded in the name of the Government under Abada Jogya Anabadi status under Khata No.2239(Annexure-6). 4.

In that view of the matter, no direction to register the sale deed in respect of the said plot can be issued by this Court as the land stands recorded in the name of the Government, as submitted by Mr. Behera, learned counsel for the Petitioner. 5.

In that view of the matter, this writ petition stands dismissed.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
