01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. The present writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:

i. To direct the respondents to conduct a review viva voce test for the history discipline to the test held on 20.05.2015 as the applicant could not attend the same for the fault of the authorities and in case of her suitability as per the total mark secured the applicant may be appointed in the post of Junior Lecture by placing her position appropriately in the revise merit list to be drawn in modifying the merit list as at Annexure- 6 dtd.21.05.2015 with all consequential benefits.

ii. To direct the respondents to comply the above order within a period to be stipulated by the Hon'ble Tribunal. iii. Ti grant any relief/reliefs as deemed fit and proper."

3. From the pleadings, it is revealed that the claim relates to an advertisement issued by OPSC vide Advertisement No.9 of 20112012. Since the process of selection has already been completed and none of the selected candidates have been impleaded as Parties to the writ Petition, the writ Petition is held not maintainable and accordingly dismissed.
