Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

This Court finds, the matter is pending at the level of execution of lease deed, which appears to be attended to by the Development Authority. As necessary step is required to be undertaken by the Development Authority involved herein, in disposal of the Writ Petition, this Court observes, in the event of pendency of execution of lease deed involving the Petitioner, finalisation of the same shall be shown within a period of one and half months from the date of communication of this order.[ (Biswanath Rath) Judge M.K.Rout
