Pranaya Mohanty v. Mamata Pradhan
IN THE HIGH COURT OF ORISSA AT CUTTACK
MATA No.163 of 2019 Pranaya Mohanty ..... ..... Appellant Mr. A. Mishra, Adv.
-Versus- Mamata Pradhan .......... Respondent Mr. A.P. Dash, Adv.
CORAM:
JUSTICE S. TALAPATRA JUSTICE M.S. SAHOO
ORDER
08.09.2022 I.A. No.194 of 2022 Order No.
11.
1.
This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).
2.
Heard Mr. A. Mishra, learned counsel appearing for the applicant (the appellant).
3.
Mr. Mishra, learned counsel has pointed out that a typographical error has crept in Para 9 of the order dated 20.07.2022 delivered in MATA No.163 of 2019.
4.
In Para 9 of the said order, the following has been typed: "9.
in view of the above observation, the marriage which was solemnized on 19.12.2016 between the appellant and the opposite party stands dissolved."
5.
Mr. Mishra, learned counsel based on the record has submitted that date of marriage should be 09.12.2016 not 19.12.2016 as typed in the order.
6.
It is apparent that it is mere a typographical mistake and as such we do not have any hesitation to correct that date by the date which has been referred as the date of marriage. 7.
In Para 9, instead of '19.12.2016', the following date shall be substituted: "09.12.2016".
8.
Thus, the said mistake stands corrected.
9.
Registry is directed to correct in the original order, under the authorities of this order, forthwith.
10.
That apart, a copy of this order shall form the part of the order dated 20.07.2022.
11.
A copy of this order be supplied to the learned counsel for the appellant, free of cost.
