01. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. The writ petition has been renumbered and registered before this Court on 21.08.2021 after being transferred, upon abolition of the learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar.

3. On perusal of the available order-sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is indicated that notices were issued on 01.07.2015 and the matter was never taken up/pursued after 22.07.2015.

The Original Application was filed in the year 2015 by the petitioner, who was working as V.S.Clerk, CHC, Dhamanagar, Dist-Bhadrak challenging the order of transfer dated 12.06.2015 (Annexure-5) transferring the petitioner. The challenge to the order of transfer was on the ground that the petitioner had only one and half years of Government Service left before retirement and he had various ailments.

5. The learned Tribunal by interim order dated 19.06.2015 had directed that the petitioner shall not be relieved from his place of posting.

Considering the nature of grievance raised in the writ petition as well as the interim order passed by the learned Tribunal dated 19.06.2015, nothing survives for adjudication at present, as the petitioner would have retired from Government Service in the year 2017 on attaining age of superannuation.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
