ORDER(Oral) 12.7.2022 2 1. This matter is taken up through physical mode.

2. On 24.6.2022 when the matter was taken up, after hearing learned counsel for petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State, following order was passed :

"2. The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 21st August, 2021, after the original application was transferred from the learned State Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, Bhubaneswar upon its abolition.

3. On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is revealed that the O.A. was filed on 22.07.2015, listed on 23.07.2015 and notices were issued. However, the matter was not taken up/pursued thereafter nor any further pleadings are available on behalf of either of the parties.

4. The O.A. was filed in the year 2015 by the petitioner/applicant seeking relief of payment of his salary stating that he was selected and working as Amin in the office of the Tahasildar, Titilagarh.

5. On perusal of the averments made in the O.A., it reveals that the Caste Certificate presented by the petitioner for seeking employment has been doubted and therefore, after joining, she has not got any salary/confirmation of service.

6. Learned AGA relying on the instruction received on 05.10.2018 from the Tahasildar, Titilagarh (O.P. No.4) submits that the Caste Certificate presented by the petitioner was never issued by the authority as claimed by the petitioner i.e. in Certificate Misc. Case No.4207 dated 13.07.2013.

7. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter being old one he may be accommodated for some time to obtain instruction from the petitioner.

8. As prayed for, list on 12th July, 2022."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no up-to-date instruction to pursue the matter on behalf of the petitioner at present.

4. Learned Standing Counsel reiterates the submissions as recorded in the order dated 24.6.2022.

5. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of due to lack of instruction from the petitioner to pursue the matter at present granting liberty to revive the petition within sixty days for any surviving cause of action.
