This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 2.

The Original Application No. 1402 of 2015 was filed before the State Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OA) No. 1402 of 2015.

Heard Mr. C.S. Panda, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. M.K. Khuntia, learned Additional Government Advocate for the Opposite Parties. 4.

The Petitioner has filed an O.A. before the Odisha Administrative Tribunal challenging the letter dated 22nd April, 2015, whereby it was directed to exercise one-time option by Statistical Assistant for district encaderisation pursuant to proposed decision of the State Government to convert the post of Statistical Assistant from State Cadre Post to District Cadre Post.

Since, the proposal to convert the State Cadre Post to District Cadre Post is a policy decision of State Government

// 2 // and scope is given for one-time option to the Statistical Assistant there is a little scope to interfere in the writ petition. 6.

In view of such submission, the writ petition is dismissed.

In view of disposal of the writ petition, the interim order dated 10th June, 2015 passed by learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal stands vacated.
