1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this bail application. Accordingly, the ABLAPL is dismissed as withdrawn.

2. Consequently, the interim order of protection granted earlier to the Petitioner on dated 21.10.2022 in connection with Birmaharajpur P.S. Case No.204 of 2022 stands vacated forthwith.

3. A free copy of this order be supplied to the learned Addl. Standing Counsel to communicate the same to the I.I.C. of the concerned P.S.
