01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the Parties.

3. The Petitioner has filed the present writ Petition challenging the corrigendum dtd.06.01.2015 issued under Annexure-3 and the merit list issued on 30.05.2015 under Annexure-4.

4. The process of selection was initiated pursuant to the resolution issued by the Govt. on 27.10.2014 under Annexure-1 and the corrigendum issued subsequently under Annexure-3. Basing on the said resolution as well as the corrigendum the process of selection has already been completed and none of the selected candidates have been impleaded as a Party to the writ Petition.

5. In view of such material defect in not impleading the selected candidates, the writ Petition is held not to be maintainable and accordingly dismissed.
