01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

3. The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- " In view of the facts stated in para 6 above, your Lordships may be pleased to1. quash the order of rejection under Anx.7 and direct the Respondents to give serniority to the applicant in Jr. SES against the year of vacancy 1982 in view of the judgment of the Hon'ble OAT under Anx.5 and fix the seniority of the applicant above her juniors in the cadre of Jr. SES against the year of vacancy as per OAT order under Anx.5/1 and extend all service and financial benefits.

2. Pass any other order/(s) as deemed fit and proper in favour of the applicant."

4. Considering the submission made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation before the Opp. Party No.2 by enclosing all

// 2 // the relevant documents and citations in support of her claim, if any, within a period of three weeks hence, if on such consideration, it is found that the Petitioner is entitled to get any financial benefit, the same is also be disbursed within a further period of three months.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed within the aforesaid period, the Opp. Party No.2 shall do well to take a lawful decision within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation. The order so passed by the Opp. Party No.2 be communicated to the Petitioner.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
