Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2.

This writ petition involves the following prayer: "In the facts and circumstances of the present case, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to;

a. Allow the present writ petition, b. Issue Writ of Quo-warrant and Writ of Mandamus upon the respondent no.1 and 2 in accordance with Clause-6 and 7 of the petition.

c. Issue any other appropriate writ to do complete justice to the petitioner;

d. Pass such other orders necessary in the interest of justice to do complete justice to the petitioner;

e. Pass such other orders necessary in favour of the petitioner to avoid further litigation and admitted facts of the present case." 3.

Looking to the limited request involved herein and as this Court finds the representation at the instance of the petitioner on the self same issue vide Annexure-5 is pending consideration, without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case, this Court disposes

of the writ petition directing the opposite party no.1 to look into the grievance of the petitioner vide Annexure-5 and take decision, as appropriate, taking into consideration the plea taken in the writ petition within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order along with copy of the writ petition by the petitioner.
