1. The Petitioner prayed for direction to the Opposite Parties for consideration of his appointment under Odisha Civil Service (Rehabilitation Assistance) Rules, 1990.

2. Perusal of cause title shows that the Petitioner was aged about 38 years in the year 2006.

3. At the time of hearing, since none appeared for the Petitioner when the matter is called, it is construed that by efflux of time, the matter has been rendered infructuous and the Petitioner is not interested to pursue the matter any further.
