1. The Petitioner prayed for direction to the Inspector of Schools, Kendrapara for approval of his appointment w.e.f 01.10.1980 instead of 01.06.1983.

2. At the time of hearing, since none appeared for the Petitioner when the matter is called, it is construed that by efflux of time, the matter has been rendered infructuous and the Petitioner is not interested to pursue the matter any further.
