This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing Mode. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that he has no instruction in the matter.

It is seen from the record that the writ petition was filed in the year 1999, thereafter the same was transferred to Odisha Administrative Tribunal. Thereafter, the same has been retransferred to this Court on abolition of OAT and after it was found that this Court has no jurisdiction and renumbered as WPC(TAC) No.02 of 2016. Since this is a year old matter, it appears that the cause of action might not be surviving any further.

In such view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.

However, in the event, it is found that the cause of action still survives, liberty is granted to the Petitioner again to file a fresh writ petition.
