Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody in connection with Erasama P.S. Case No.25 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No.106 of 2022 of the Court of learned Addl. District & Sessions Judge, Kujang for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 498-A/306/406/34 of IPC read with Section 4 of D.P. Act.

Having regard to the nature of accusations and the availability of material prima facie in support thereof, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is therefore rejected.

BLAPL is accordingly rejected.
