This application has been filed by the petitioners under Section 407 of Cr.P.C. for transfer of P.W.D.V. Misc. Case No.11 of 2019 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Buguda, Ganjam, to the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Athagarh.

A memo has been filed by Mr.Mohapatra, learned counsel for the petitioners on 22.09.2022 stating that the opposite party has withdrawn P.W.D.V. Misc. Case No.11 of 2019, pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Buguda, Ganjam.
