This matter is taken up by virtual/physical mode. 2.

The Original Application No.1355 of 2015 was filed before the Orissa Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OA) No.1355 of 2015.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of the representation of the Petitioner regarding cancellation of his transfer order dated 8th April, 2015 by the Opposite Party No.3, the Petitioner has approached the learned Tribunal. Vide order dated 26.5.2015, the learned Tribunal has observed that the representation of the Petitioner was duly considered and learned Tribunal in the said order further made observation that the Petitioner was transferred on administrative ground and the transfer being an incident of service and does not change the status of the Petitioner declined to interfere in the matter.

Mr. M.K. Khuntia, learned Addl. Govt. Advocate on instruction submits that the Petitioner has joined in the place of posting on transfer in the meantime.

In view of such submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
