1. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode. Order No
2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
3. The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:
"(i) to direct the Opp. parties to give apy protection to the petitioner on his joining on 25.10.1990, at Nampo High School, and give all the consequential, financial benefits accrued out of the same."

Considering the nature of prayer made in the Writ Petition, the Petitioner is permitted to make a fresh representation before Opp. party No.3 within a period of three weeks days from today.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed by the Petitioner ventilating his grievances, the same shall be considered by Opp. party No.3 in accordance with law.
6. It is further directed that while taking a decision on the claim of the petitioner, the decision rendered by this Court on 27.7.2016 in OJC No.17506 of 1997 be taken into consideration. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three
// 2 // months. The order so passed by Opp. Party No.3 be communicated to the Petitioner also.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
