Against the order of punishment of dismissal under Annexure-7, the Petitioner has filed an appeal before the Director, Elementary Education, Odisha, BhubaneswarOpposite Party No.2 vide Annexure-20. The said appeal is stated to be still pending and the Petitioner without waiting for the result of the appeal filed the application before the Odisha Administrative Tribunal for redressal of his grievance. 4.

It is now submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioner that the appeal vide Annexure-20 be disposed of first before entering into the merit in the present WPC(OA). 5.

Regard being had to the facts and submissions, the WPC(OA) is disposed of directing the Director, Elementary

Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar-Opposite Party No.2 to dispose of the appeal of the Petitioner vide Annexure-20, within four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order by passing a reasoned order after giving opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner and other parties concerned.

The Petitioner is directed to supply the copy of the WPC(OA) containing all the annexures along with certified copy of this order to Opposite Party No.2 for convenience and reference to Annexure-7 and 20.

The WPC(OA) is accordingly disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per Rules.
