1. 1. This matter is taken up by hybrid mode.

2. The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 21.8.2021 after the Original Application was transferred upon abolition of the learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar.

4. On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal it is indicated that notices were issued on 17.6.2015 and the matter was never taken up/pursued after 12.7.2017.

5. The Original Application before the learned Tribunal was filed in the year 2015 by the petitioner who was working as Teacher (Level-IV of Elementary Cadre) seeking grant of RACP (Revised Accrued Career Progression) as per the prevailing Orissa Revised Scale of Pay Rules,

6. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the petition, the petitioner has got the benefit as prayed for in the O.A.

rendering the writ petition infructuous.

7. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
