Since in both the Writ Petitions, similar questions and Order No.

facts are involved, they are taken up together for final disposal through Hybrid mode.

The Petitioners have filed the writ petitions praying for a direction to the Member, Board of Revenue, Odisha, Cuttack,

// 2 // opposite party no.1, to dispose of OSS Case No.2025 of 2017 and 2888 of 2016 at an early date.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners.

It appears that Section 15(b) of the Orissa Survey and Settlement Act, 1958 speaks about the revisional jurisdiction of the Board of Revenue to correct the record-of-right after its final publication. The Petitioners having already approached the Member, Board of Revenue by filing revisions, which are stated to be pending, both the writ petitions are disposed of with a direction to the Petitioners to make a mention in this regard before the Member, Board of Revenue and in that event, this Court hopes and trusts that the same shall be addressed in proper perspective.
