1. Heard Mr.S.K.Mohapatra, learned counsel for the Appellant.
2. The present suit was for partition as well as for permanent injunction against the defendants and for cancellation of sale deed dated 29th February, 2012 as void.
3. Admittedly, the suit land was purchased in the name of the Defendant nos.1 and 2 in the year 1987 who subsequently sold it to other defendants in 2012. The Plaintiff's case is that the suit land was joint family property purchased by his father in the name of Defendant Nos.1 and 2 in the year 1987 out of the joint family income. The case of the Plaintiff was disbelieved by both the courts below.
4. Upon hearing learned counsel for the Appellant, no substantial question is found for admission of the appeal.
5. The appeal is dismissed.
