This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate.

The Petitioner has filed the present writ application with the following prayer:

" The Petitioner therefore prays that this Hon'ble Court be graciously pleased to admit the writ application, after hearing from the Opp.Parties issue notice and further pleased to direct the Opp.Party Nos. 2 & 3 to recalculate the share of the Petitioner and company share towards Provident Fund and the Opp.Party No.2 may be directed to pay the present interest with the arrear interest to the Petitioner as an early and all the pending interest with company share/employee share to be calculated and any arrear amount towards VRS may be paid to the Petitioner by both Opp.Party No.2 & 3.

And pass any other order/orders which would give complete relief to the Petitioner keeping in view of the above facts and circumstances of the case.

In course of hearing of the writ application, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner ventilating his grievance has submitted representation before the Regional Provident Fund

// 2 // Commissioner, Bhubaneswar, Opposite Party No.2 dated 22.08.2022 under Annexure-4.

It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the said representation is pending as of now. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that a direction be issued to the Opposite Party No.2 to consider the representation of the Petitioner under Annexure-4 within a stipulated period of time. 5.

Learned Additional Government Advocate submits that he has no objection if the representation of the Petitioner is considered by the Opposite Party No.2, which is stated to be pending, in accordance with law within a stipulated period of time.

Considering the limited nature of grievance of the Petitioner, the writ application is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the Opposite Party no.2 to consider the representation of the Petitioner under Annexure-4 in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. The Opposite Party No.2 shall do well to dispose of the representation of the Petitioner under Annexure-4 by passing a speaking and reasoned order.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ application stands disposed of.
