This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 2.

The Original Application No. 49 of 2016 was filed before the State Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OAPPC) No. 49 of 2016.

The Petitioner has filed the writ petition way back in the year 1996 praying for a direction to approve the service of the Petitioner as Section Teacher of Class-VII(B) of Baktarpur M.E. School and also prayed for a direction for extending financial and service benefits.

Mr. M.K. Mohanty, counsel for the Petitioner submitted that by efflux of time, the writ petition has been rendered infructuous.

In view of such submission, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
