This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This petition has been filed by the Petitioner to transfer of Civil Proceeding No.156 of 2020 instituted at the instance of the Opposite Party-husband from the file of the Judge, Family Court, Cuttack to the Court of the Judge, Family Court, Bargarh on the ground of threat to her life.

Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned counsel for the Opposite Party.

Considering the facts and submissions made, this Court is not inclined to transfer the aforesaid case to the Court of the Judge, Family Court, Bargarh, but directs that Civil Proceeding

// 2 // No.156 of 2020 pending on the file of the learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack be transferred to the Court of Judge, Family Court, Anugul. Both the Courts shall do the needful on production of the certified copy of this order. 5.

With the aforesaid order, this transfer petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
