This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 2.

The Petitioners, degree engineers, being engaged as Assistant Engineer on contractual basis, challenged the recruitment process vide Advertisement No.3 of 2015-16 dated 17.04.2015 published by the Odisha Public Service Commission (Annexure-9) by way of Original Applications filed before the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar, which have been renumbered as W.P.C.(OA) Nos.1324, 1357, 1358 & 1359 of 2015, by the Registry of this Court. Since identical cause of action is involved, all these matters are taken up today for final hearing and are disposed of by common order. The averments in WPC (OA) No.1293 of 2015 and counter being filed in the said writ petition, the same has been taken up for discussion and other writ petitions are disposed of accordingly.

Heard Mr. Haladhar Sethy, learned counsel for the Petitioners and Mr. Manoj Kumar Khuntia, learned Additional Government Advocate for the Opposite Parties-State.

During course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioners submitted that the representations of the Petitioners vide Anneuxre-12 have not yet been disposed of even though the Odisha Administrative Tribunal directed for consideration of the same for regularization of the service of the Petitioners during pendency of the Original Application before it. 5.

Be that as it may, without entering into the merits of the contention made by both the sides, it is directed that the Petitioners shall approach the Opposite Party No.1-Principal Secretary, Water Resources Department, Government of Odisha, Bhubaneswar and produce the certified copy of this order along with a comprehensive representations stating the current position and the earlier representations as enclosed to the writ petition vide Annexure-12 within a period of two weeks hence. The Opposite Party No.1 shall consider the same by affording an opportunity of hearing to the Petitioners. It is further directed that the said Opposite Party No.1 shall make an endeavour to dispose of the representations after hearing the Petitioners within a period of four months from the date of appearance of the Petitioners before him and communicate the order to the Petitioners. 6.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the above writ petitions are disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
