01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

3. The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition for the following reliefs.

"(a) Let the aforesaid O.A. be admitted;

(b) Notice be issued to the respondents and after hearing to the respondents concerned direction be issued to the Respondent No-1 & 2 to regularize the appointment of the applicant as Assistant Engineer Civil with appropriate upgradation as per the cadre restructure. (c) To quash advertisement published under Annxure-9. AND Pass any order/orders/direction/directions as this Hon'ble Tribunal stayed pending disposal of the aforesaid Original Application."

4. The Petitioner has moved before Opposite Party No.1 seeking redressal of his grievances as made in the representation dated 15.12.2014 under Annexure-12 to the Writ Petition. 5.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted representation of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and communicate the result thereof to the Petitioner.
